I tried to call Home Trust today and found out they’re closed on weekends. Thank goodness I wasn’t travelling and needed immediate assistance. Home Trust is making things more difficult for customers than it needs to be.
Then, for the first time ever, I was asked for more info because they couldn’t confirm some stuff and told me I had two weeks to respond. Yeah, I agree two weeks is a long time, but seriously, if the company took over 16 weeks to make first contact?!?!
